5. A Plague Tale: Innocence

In a land crawling with stranger creatures during the plague, matters take a turn for the worst when Amicia de Rune, the main protagonist, has to flee the enemies with her brother, Hugo. And while plotting to avenge the death of her father, Amicia has to take every step with extreme caution if she is to survive with her brother. 

This adventure/action game has undoubtedly one of the most compelling plots of all time, and the game’s gameplay is so unique and engaging that you’ll never be bored of it. Thankfully, A Plague Tale: Innocence is readily available on PlayStation 5 and the second installment of A Plague Tale is already in the works. 

6. Control

A quite unusual adventure/horror third-person game, Control tells the dark story of Jesse Faden who is on a quest to find her brother in a strange facility occupied by all kinds of evil creatures. The fast-paced shooter surely brings an unforgettable adventure and backed with those stunning visuals, once you’ve played Control, you are likely to keep the horrid scenes in your mind for quite a long time.
